i see no reason you wouldnt be able to handle thn court if they do decide to rape you for the money. u got all the proof u need man..paperwork is a beauty now a days. sue them

first thing you should do is talk to the lawer and see what he thinks. But if you have all the paper work and you bring it to court you will win no matter what because you have the papers. So what i would do is go back to the dealer and tell them that you dont owe money to them because its their fault and if they dont drop it just tell them you'll bring it to court. I'm sure when they hear those they'll try to kiss your ass so they dont go to court.

ya, i would just gather all the paperwork, u should be able to handle by yourself, unless you are going to try and sue them

His website looks stupid, but he's good.

He got me out of a huge (20 over) ticket in Fort Lee and I didnt even have to show up to court. He got my nephew a $300 fine with NO POINTS out of a reckless driving, 35 over, and 3 equipment tickets in whatever that town is north of Hohokus (thats the last time my nephew does 90mph on Rt17... idiot).

He does all of NYC, Long Island, Rockland, north NJ, some of Westchester and some of mid-NJ.
