shit i never knew this car existed.
1986 bitch, for had an RS 200 EVO
2.1L 650 bhp AWD
the stig managed 0-60 in 2.1 seconds in a rally prepped one.
this thing is fucking hot, right down to the gvr4 rims

The RS200 was the Group B rally car that never was. It made it halfway through the 1986 season before the FIA pulled the plug and cancelled the rest of the season.

Does that mean you've never heard of the real Ford Escort?

There was a Sierra Cosworth, which couldn't win a rally to save it's life, then they switched everything over to the Escort to make the Escort RS, which had moderate successes in Group A and WRC rallying.

Jason Priestly may have stared in a crappy teeny booper trash show (which I'm sure a few of you watched) . . . but until his crash he was actually gaining some respect in the Road Racing World (sure he crashed his first pro ride a few month after getting his seat and nearly died but no ones perfect). I know he moved through the ranks of the Toyota Atlantic series the same series Danica Patrick came out of . . . Not bad for some puffy looking guy with big side burns.
