It took 3 months but it's finally here and installed!

The system is from RNR, all 3" polished ss, rear painted black for "stealth." The downpipe fits amazingly well, no spacers necessary to clear the tiebars on the IX.

I drove it tonight, it feels fastER, still not fast :( It's still piggy rich, the exhaust is coated black from 5 minutes of driving. I'm gonna have to visit Sean ASAP!

that set up has two resonators in it????

will this make it extra quite... im thinking of cutting my nice exhaust now and welding in an inline resonator and welding on a more stealth magnaflow oval muffler... soo i wont scrape everywhere and be more stealth... do the resonators help alot to quite it down??? do i need 2???

Actually there are 3, one in the testpipe :)

It's quiet at idle and driving gently for a straight-through 3 inch exhaust, once you get on it all hell breaks loose!

I wanted it as quiet as possible without giving up performance.

I found out about that on Saturday. No one called me to go and I didn't know it was going on. However, I would not have been able to make because Dawn forced me to stay home with her since she was leaving that Sunday and she wanted me to be around.

So, OK, you got me on this one, kind of. We'll see though otherwise, not including June 3-4 because we already have plans/reservations that weekend that we made months ago.

On the conservative Mustang Dyno, I'm real happy with the numbers, 303hp/297ft-lbs on 93 octane.

Actually, I think I prboboly will need to bum a ride home. Alex has to be home for bedtime at 7:30. Sounds like none of you guys that are actually racing will be there untill after that.

*I* expect 14s because I suck. I have never launched the car and I am afraid of snapping an axle, which the Esprit is prone to do. Stock, the mags got 13.4@105. Out of a stock car and having the ever living piss beaten out of it, I know someone managed a 12.9@109 from his using the overboost trick (basically gives the full 1.24 bar of boost for 30 seconds. If you ever see the HP numbers on an S4 read 264(285), the 264 is normal power, the 285 in parenthesis is with "overboost"). With almost identical mods to me I know one guy managed a 13.1@112 so if I can come close to the MPH, I'll be happy. Gonna put some race gas in her too. I never got a chance to install the bigger secondary injectors so hopefully upping the octane will help with the knock. We'll see though.
