I've been procrastinating tearing my car apart to make this, but I finally bit the bullet and jigged everything up a few days ago. Here is the end result after a long night of welding:

Schedule 10 SS pipe, 1/2" waterjet cut flanges. T4 inlet. This one is spoken for, and I have to get one on my car asap! I need to add the external wastegate flange still. Didn't come out bad for my first attempt.

Nice work as always Mike! When do you plan on having it back together?

Hopefully in 2 weeks. It depends on how quick I can build another header. I still need to wire up the AEM peak/hold injector driver, and install the fuel cell/meth injection. I also have a lot of welding and side jobs every day, in addition to the 9-5.

Good job. What tool did you end up using to cut the weld els? As for making a wastegate hole, the plasma is your friend.

I find the chop saw is the easiest weapon to cut compound angles, etc. Just grab the piece in a vice grip and hold wherever. It works better than the horizontal or vertical band saw. You still need to prep the pipe, but at least the cut is flat.

Plasma cutter works good, but I like a nice precise hole saw. You can cut out the exact hole you need without a lot of grinding/touch up.

Yeah, I had my car and also a mockup motor to test fit everything. Now I have a jig. That manifold is arriving at the customers house today. I started making mine a few days ago(finally).
