Youll probably make the money back and a little extra but probably not worth it being that its auto. The trans youll probably have a hard time selling and the motor is shot so the only decent money youll get its form the head maybe and turbo, and then minor money for the rest. Im getting rid of one of my parts cars tomorow, and unless you have extra room for it to sit for a long time its probably not worth it. Unless theres some aftermaket.

I doubt he'll get any money from the turbo since it's a 13G.

Rims, glass, door panels seats, trim, control arms. If you have the space to leave a half assembled car for a couple of months you could make a grand out of it.

Yeah its possible if everything is in really good shape, but dont get your hopes up. Or if its a 92+ you could sell the front end as a kit for a 90-91 which will bring back your $200. Dont count too much on seats or glass, iv had a windshield for a long time and nobody ever asked for it. Also have two sets of front seats in mint shape that nobody wants.

i tried it with no real success. its a lot of work to stay on top of like 6 DSM forums and ebay to make the money. consider it a second job

hmm good point, i might try to get it for 100 bucks and make a real quick profit, but first i must crawl under the dash. whats the easiest way to see if its an eprom ecu? also quickest way to get to it, drivers side or passenger side?

I don't have a DSM, but AFAIK its from the passenger side, and you need to open it and physically check if its an eprom. Don't rely on the part # on the case, because the innards could have been swapped at some point. Take a few extra minutes to open it.
