Sorry its the best pic i could get, but i have it zip tied onto the metal lines that run infront of the radiator. You can see the plate clear from cars on the opposite side of the road, but people are telling me i need it bolted on to pass, will my zip ties pass me lol ???[/url]

they will definetly pass you. NJ state says that yu must have a plate on the front and rear bumper of you cars... yous is technically there... u might get pulled over cuz it looks bootleg and they might think the car is stolen but a licence insurance car and vehicle registration will do you good.
