I cant believe I cant find a blown motor, dead project, or front wrecked AWD 2G after all this time. I'm hoping to get something like that and go through the hassle of towing it away myself. But at this point I'd take a running (bearly running or crashed ok) 2G for a couple grand as long as it had a good tranny. This way I get everything I need and will still have stuff I can sell to recoop the investment.
If you have one (or sees a shitty AWD for sale somewhere) let me know. At this point I can find some of the parts here and there but I think that will be a disaster unless I have a complete donor car.
Must have LSD, thats all I -need- but also want a windshield, dashboard buttons, a pillar, non leather seats, and a ton of other little things.
Right now I'm monitoring AutoTrader, Ebay, Craigslists, and here. No lucky yet.
