91, 93 tranny?

Will a 91 trans fit into a 93?
Anything I should know or look for?
I think one has 22 splines and the other has 23?
Anyone care to enlighten me on the subject?

The shifter assembly and cables should be the same, not sure if the splines will be. I think the 90's have 22 and 91 or 92+ have 23. Dont remember.
