I have a wideband hookep up to the rear o2 bung my on car. It has a optional 5v+ (not sure on the voltage) output to feed the stock ecu. Would that also work on the rear o2 since it's only there to make sure the cat is working? Thanks

Yeah, you can run the .5V into the signal line to the ECU. Make 100% sure you don't hook the 5V one up to it or you'll definitely damage the ECU.
