well one is missing from my new block, can I just take one from the old block or maybe just use a bolt instead?

Take one from your old block. And wrong section, dude.
yeah sorry about that.
Are they screwed in or pressed, how do I take them out?

Moved... and they are pressed in, and a bitch to get out.
that sucks, I'll try to find a new one, if not I'll have to fight it I guess.

just take a pliers and wiggle it out. its not that hard.
DON'T PUT IT TOGETHER WITHOUT IT
Went to maywood mitsu (a couple miles) and sure enough the closest dealer that has it in stock is in PA. So no other option but to take it out. :x

They aren't that hard to get out, I don't know why guys are scaring you away from doing it. Grab it with vice grips and twist it back and forth as you gently pull up on it. Go easy with the vice grips so you don't destroy the dowel.

Or just put a towel inbetween the grips ..
it was super easy to take the dowel out
