DSMlink help

Hey guys, i just put another dsm together, been out the game for 4-5 years, I never had change to play with dsmlink, kinda having problems setting it up, idle jumpy, seems very rich, i was wondering if any of you guys localy could look at it for me. Im in edison/colonia area

880s, 48% and dead time is 320, im prety sure i have a huge TB vacum leak, tomorow im gona put in my other TB I have.

definately check your fuel trims. do yo have a 1g or a 2g? Base fuel pressure? A vacuum leak would greatly mess up your idle.

fuel presure is at 36, i did find a leak between sheetmetal intake/head, i need to get rid of that stupid metal gasket there whoever put it in, and use OEM one with some RTV, and then i get the usual TB shaft/biss leaks

I'm assuming this is a 1g. Set the fuel pressure to 38 with the vacuum line off. You're going to have to fix those leaks before you can expect anything to run right. Especially the intake mani gasket.

yes, i ordered some seals/gaskets pretty much everything to fix the leaks, i set the presure to 36-38, that intake manifold gasket is prety much screwing up the idle, you know i have never seen metal gasket there, no matter how tight it leaks heh.

run RTV across all 4 ports and then smooth it down to a thing layer with your finger, then put the new gasket on.

i just ordered DSMlink got it today,i run a 16g/750s,cant offer any help yet but if thats your car on lake ave. w/bronze 5zigens(i have same wheels) i live a few blocks away, right off raritan

lol cool, yea im getting it together,changed the manifodl gaskets with some RTV, shafts seals, biss screw/oring, car idles almost perfect, its getting there, almost time for tuning, we should meet up then if your right there

Yes I had white 92 talon, it's now in Icemans hands, i think hes local also, i see it often 2-3 streets down, im so beat, i was redoing my drain line for my turbo, that motor mount is killing me lol, you wouldnt hapen to have a set of stock front 1g struts would you ? dont care if they are blown
