Hacked (not my fault)

As some of you know, the forums were hosted on Chris's server which is why the link was off asocialdisease.com, and it was never updated past 2.04 which had a critical vulnerability. Since I have not FTP access to that server I could not do it. I tried to merge an export chris sent me a few months ago but it would not work, I never got the mysql dump I asked for. I'm not sure if we will have to start from scratch or if chris will be able to recover from the hacking, he's a very good programmer so he might be able too, but I know his time is very limited. I will have very limited internet access this week, so I appologize if I seem to take a while to answer any questions.

most likely he used a googblebot to find unpatched boards, I doubt it was a personal or selective attack.

and yea he hit very random sites... irishmusic.org, translator.romanian.com, a shoe website i forgot the name of; aka random ass places. I did find out though that each website has a slightly different message left, so I dont think the process is completely computerized. There is little we can do to the guy as of this point :cry:

on the hacked paged. IF you scroll all the way down, at the bottom left hand corner, there is a small link that writes "admin" or something like that. I clicked on it but only to get that stupid devil ownz you crap. Maybe if MikeL or someone else with admin access clicks, it would allow you to rid of the virus. :shrugs: just a thought.
