CAN'T HOLD BOOST! ANY IDEAS?

I have the boost set to 12psi it will hold but at higher rpm it will spike as high as it wants. Also vacuum varies to what ever the car feels like idling at.

You're not really giving us much to work with here. Stock turbo? What kind of exhaust? What kind of intake and upper intercooler piping? What engine rpm's does the boost become uncontrollable?

sounds like you got your vacuum lines screwed up.
