I need winter tires and 18" winter tires are expensive! I need either a set of four 215-45-18 sized winter tires or a wheel/tire package 16" or 17". Lug pattern has to be 5x110, offset 45-65, 215-45 to 215-55 tires. PLEASE let me know if you have anything.

I bought my winter tire package from Tire Rack, ~ $400 shipped
Included
4 16" Dunlop Winter Sport H-speed rated, 205/55/16 (I think) mounted on factory black steelies. Worth every penny! 8)

DSM's don't have that lug pattern, so good luck finding used wheels to fit you here :(

BTW, is that the stock color of your wheels, or did you paint them?

haha...that's the dirt. that's why they are dark. they are supposed to be gunmetal. but a set of 18" snow tires on tirerack is $800. the cheapest 16" rims w/ tires are $730... :x

You need to ask for the steel wheels that come on the low-end Cobalt with hubcaps. Alloy wheels for the winter are a waste of $$

not sure if the brakes are any differnt, but be sure a 16" will clear the caliper. why not just get some all season tires? do you REALLY need snows? should of stayed with an awd car.

i could only find one "all-season" tire that fits my rims. and apparently they are the same as the tires i have on there now. they are ATROCIOUS in the snow. looks like I'm just going to suck it up and not drive when its snowing out :(
