I was searching around for someone selling a 2gb talon front bumper. Not a whole lot of them out there. I found an ad on DSMTuner with an ebay link....

they actually just send out an e-mail saying they are cracking down on the people that are using AIM, or Trillion, or Yahoo messanger, or whatever. People are being threatened to lose their jobs!!

As far as I'm aware, the 1.8s do not have the hump in the hood from the factory. It was only the 2.0 models that had them, both NA and Turbo.

Car-part.com had a few in PA that I e-mailed about, but still were going for like $200! There was a guy on DSMTuner that sold his a few days ago for $50! :x

These guys didn't have a bumper.

As far as I'm aware, the 1.8s do not have the hump in the hood from the factory. It was only the 2.0 models that had them, both NA and Turbo.

Correct, but I have some memory that at some point the 1.8s got the hump-ed hoods to simplify production or something. I might be wrong.

i can't believe they made a humpless hood, it can't possibly cost more to build a humped hood.

and if you think buying a talon bumper is ridiculous, the back bumper on my galant costs about $600 used and there is a really long waiting list :)

its just more evident why mitsu and dodge are doing so poorly. whoever decided to make humpless hoods and different awd bumpers and different awd/fwd floorpans should be shot in the face.

Well they seem to have learned with 2Gs - all hoods have humps and the bodies are generally the same. I'm only clueless as to why they chose a 420a instead of a 4G63 N/T.
