he once tried charging a kid i know like, 50$ welding fee, 50$ engineering fee, on top of materials and such, for an intake, and it added up to like 200-250$. i was trying so hard not to laugh in front of him when he brought up engineering fee. the kid even bought the plastic mock-tubing to make the design beforehand.

yeah he was a total D-bag. Last time I got it filled there after going to ohio for the shootout, I told him we were really hoping for a 9 and 150mph at Island the next day. He just shook his head and muttered something about "stupid 13 second 4 cyls" like he didn't believe me anyway and I was lying. He, oh well. There were a couple old geezers in there talking to him about old cars when I interupted them to pick up the bottle, he had to act all cool.
