I decided to clean my 1g up a little and take some pics. I just wanted to remind people that 1g's do still exist. Here they are. BTW I am not into photography so I couldn't care less about the details of the pictures.
Also the basic rundown on the car is B16G, FMIC, TRE stage 1 trans, 4bolt rear,ACT2600, BC 272s, and tuned with AFC/Keydiver stage 3 chip. Ive had it for about 2 years and put less than 2k miles on it in that time. Still has A/C and full interior. Anyone want to buy it?

Im probably running it at Island tomorrow and if I beat my previous 1gs best mark of 12.8, I may consider moving on. The car is a lot more modified than the few mods I listed, but I was looking for around $3500 with stock wheels. The car has a ridiculous amount of maintenance in the last year, but I will post it up if I decide to sell for sure.

Nice 1g dude. Don't give it up! Too many of us are getting out of the DSM game.

Everytime I have considered selling it, I backed out. The way I see it is that I have another $10k to truly get it the way I want- Full paint job/ body work, Basic rebuild of the 6 bolt, 50trim(external gate), A real suspension that can be ran on a road course and big brakes,Oil/PS coolers,DSMlink etc... I'm not so sure I wouldn't be suited putting that money into a car that is more built for a road course from the factory(Evo,350z,old Z06 etc) In addition to that, Im going back to school full time for a career change and I work full time so I dont have loads of free time. Im almost 26 now and have had a turbo DSM in some capacity since I was 17, and while a part of me thinks that they are in my blood, theres another part of me that thinks it's time to move on. As I said before, I ran a 12.8@104 in my last 1g. If I beat that time soon which I see as very likely, I'll see how I feel about the car at that time.

Yes, I do recirculate, but I had some things apart

That's right-No headliner,And I keep the AFC in the glove box, prefer the stock interior look, that's why the boost guage is on the column. The sticker is on the passenger side dash to conceal a hole.
And its a DSM,so I keep the fire extinguisher at close reach :D

I bought it from a guy in York Haven, PA in spring of '06. It was on ebay and I lost the bid, but got a second chance offer because the winner flaked.
haha, mine is in the same exact spot :)
Mine somewhat blocks the view of the oil pressure guage, But I did not want to put it on the pillar or in a vent.
Mine is a little to the right actually and hides 120mph+ on the speedo but I figured I'll never need to see such numbers anyway. And I got a mech. oil gauge in a custom holder above the radio.
