I did a headgasket swap on my car and now it wont start. I thought it was the cas, but today I put in another one and it still doesn't work. The car has no spark. Checked everything and it looks normal. Anyone with any idea of what it could be?? Thanks

if its the 95 in your sig, did you do the 1g cas swap before you did the headgasket? in other words, did it ever run on a 1g cas?

Sorry, it's a 95 and I did the 1G cas swap while doing the headgasket. I broke the cam angle sensor when taking it out, that's why I put the 1G in. Today I will put the stock ecu back on and see it changes anything. Thanks.

man, dont make me come out there. I'm actually free today from now till about 5pm, so if you want me to come by give me a buzz 973 476 6767. if you're in North Arlington, it'll take me a half hour to get there. I charge 40 an hour, it usually takes me a half hour to wire up a 1G cas, but I'm gonna have to charge you for travel time

Ok, tomorow I will be back at the garage and see if I can figure out what's wrong with the car (didnt touch it this week due to work). Is the rpm supposed to move when you try to start the car? Mine doesn't move at all. What kind of signal/volts should i see at the cas wires that sends signal to the ecu? Thanks

It finally started. I went to the junk yard and picked up a new cas plugs and made a new wiring harness. The car fired right up. Now I got a new problem, it's leaking alot of oil thru the oil pump/filter housing area?? I'm gonna remove the belts and cover and see where it is. Thanks

Have you fixed the leak yet? I had a massive oil leak and it turned out being the nut thats on far the end of the stud that the oil filter screws on. Im pretty sure it hold the oil filter housing to the oil cooler. Try to give that a few turns and see what happens. Hope this helps
