2g Red Eclipse spotted at Rutgers

Whose 2g (97-99 style) eclipse was parked on the should in front of Hardenbergh around 4:30 pm today? It had a front mount on it and exhaust as far as i saw when i crossed the street

same car again in the same spot yesterday but on the other side of the street. Emblems shaved.
